Mě prostě Lottie Parker sedí. Tohle je již 6. díl ze série a stále mě to neskutečně baví. Ale to je asi viditelné, jinak bych po dalším dílu nesáhla. Já jsem zastáncem, čtení sérií od prvního dílu a myslím, že i tady by to bylo rozumné. Osobní příběh Lottie se vyvíjí a určitě by byla škoda se o něj ochudit. Nepochybuji, že by se tento díl nedal číst samostatně, určitě ano, protože autorka vše hezky vysvětlí a vrací se i do minulosti, takže pozorný čtenář nebude mít problém se chytit a něco si i domyslet. Ale jak už jsem psala, myslím, že by to byla opravdu škoda.
Tento díl, byl trochu jiný Lottie sekla ze závislostí na prášcích a alkoholu, a v novém domě začala se svými dcerami a vnoučkem snad lepší život. Už by bylo na čase, protože co si Lottie a její rodina doposud zažívali, bylo šílené. Jak s tímto zamává nový případ a ke všemu to vypadá na sériového vraha, se tady dozvíme a ještě i něco navíc autorka nám na konci každého dílu připraví takovou malou třešničku na dortu, abychom se měli zase na co těšit ;-)

Naši zahraniční kolegové knihomolové mají velkou výhodu - Patricia Gibney je velmi plodná autorka - světlo světa již spatřilo 12. dílů a já se už moc těším, až se budu moct ponořit do dalšího. Moc doporučuji, jsou to svižné thrillery u, kterých se nenudíte a jen hltáte jednu stránku za druhou. :-) Čítať viac
